As announced on Deadline, Cady is a history-making actress: the first woman to have won three Daytime Emmys© for three different characters on three different Daytime Serials.
Cady recently returned to the stage in the one-woman show Shirley Valentine at Cape May Stage. "Cady McClain is masterful not only of her portrayal of Valentine but also of her distant husband, friend, and a half dozen other characters that she introduces the audience to in this not to be missed play."
March 22-24th, Cady played "Heidi" in a workshopped reading of
What the Constitution Means to Me at Axial Theatre to raise awareness of the importance of voting with women's rights in mind this primary season.
Cady was recently seen on Law and Order SVU working alongside Mark Borkowski (Boardwalk Empire), Kevin Kane and IceT.
